Dealing with a change now and then, is one thing. Dealing with continuous change, another. Experience has learned me that leaders may feel frustrated or even powerless, in times filled with continuous change. And exactly these times have become “normal” these days. Traditional change management models, often presenting change in a few phases and ending with “implementation”, no longer work. Nor does traditional, solution focused management any longer.
