Executives (at the top) can sometimes feel isolated, like not having lots of truly honest, fully transparent people around them. Their position can also bring dependance from others.

If that weren’t already challenging enough, the world is in a permanent turmoil these days: continuous disruption is the norm. 

How do you stay “fit” ? How do you “refresh” yourself ? How do you stay fully self-confident, alert and sharp ?

Who listens to you and to what keeps you awake, without judgement, and in a 200% safe space ?

Your impact you may want or need to strengthen: how much impact do you have on others? How do you know that for sure?

Your presence: how “present” are you? And how powerful is your presence? And how does it allow you to co-create with others ?

The way you build strategies and inspire people to execute them: a given- or self-built strategy is one thing, getting it executed is another.

How does coaching work?

During an intake phase we will explore the topics that matter and describe desired results. Once those are agreed, the “journey” often goes like this (but can always by personalized).
