“Making profit”, is sometimes the only answer I get when I ask leaders what the main objective of their organization is all about. From a financial perspective, this may certainly be correct. My experience learned me that truly successful organizations have gone through a profound process of building a mission, vision, values and strategy. They have given their “why”, “what”, “how” and “with whom” a concrete meaning, straight from their heart (the why) and through listening to each other and their teams (the what, how and with whom).

I offer profound guidance for this kind of strategic leadership development. This guidance process is each time very different and totally depending on the context, the culture, and the possibilities of the organization.
